Come experience the full force of gravity at OAR’s Rappel Wall! Located onsite and in the shade, rappelling is a great option for anyone ages 8 and up. *While this isn’t a state mandated requirement, we must have the participants fit inside the harness to rappel down the rock wall.
Our guides will outfit you with all your safety gear and teach you how to lower yourself off a 30-foot cliff in complete safety.
Cheer on your friends, family, or teammates as they make their way to safety. This is one of the best team building games to get a group comfortable with climbing and give them the ability to trust the ropes that hold them. Reach new heights at OAR’s 30-foot Climbing Wall! Located onsite at our property, this is an adventure for anyone ages 8 and up.* While this isn’t a state mandated requirement, we must have the participants fit inside the harness to climb the wall.
Our guides will help outfit you with top-notch, adjustable equipment before you begin your climb.
New to climbing? No problem! Our Climbing Wall features routes ready for adventurers of all experience levels—from complete beginners to expert climbers. Our guides can show even experienced climbers difficult routes and help you push your limits in a safe, supportive environment.
Whether you want to try climbing for the first time or tackle increasingly difficult routes, we’ll let you climb as long as you can. This is one of the fun and inexpensive team building games to face your fears and bond with family, friends, teammates, or coworkers.

In the shade of tall pines, build your team at OAR’s Low Ropes Course. This 2–3 hour challenge features 10+ unique obstacles designed to push your group’s teamwork capabilities to their fullest extent.
To overcome the challenges of our Low Ropes Course, your group will need communication, confidence, trust, courage, and teamwork. Every challenge is an opportunity to strengthen these critical team dynamics. We’ve designed this course to work for any type of group—whether you need pre-season camaraderie, mid-season inspiration, or post-season fun—we’ve got you covered.
Many groups combine this with our whitewater rafting trip for the ultimate team-building experience. The low ropes course is the best team building activity to do before a rafting trip, setting the tone for trust and cooperation!
