Job Openings at OAR
At Outdoor Adventure Rafting, adventure is what we do for a living. Be part of the river lifestyle where fun, hard work, and personal growth all come together to make the best team on the Ocoee.
Ocoee River jobs put you where other people spend their vacations: on the water, in the woods, and part of a crew that works hard and plays harder. Whether you’re guiding whitewater rafting trips down the Ocoee, keeping the campground running, or helping families plan their trip from the front office, a job at OAR means joining the river lifestyle. Most positions are seasonal summer work, with some year-round roles, and every one of them comes with the kind of community, growth, and outdoor experience you can’t get behind a desk anywhere else.
River Guide
- Guide guests down the Ocoee — from Class III-IV whitewater rafting to relaxed tubing floats and land-based activities like the climbing wall and Alpine Tower. It’s the most iconic job on the river, and OAR’s training gets you certified and ready for the season. VIEW RIVER GUIDE INFO HERE
