More than 24 Hours Out

100% trip vouchers good for 2 seasons. Guests making cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice receive 100% trip vouchers for the same or next season’s adventures. No questions asked. Thank you for communicating as early as possible. We value it.

No Call, No Show

No refund or trip vouchers. We still have to pay the guides, drivers, and other staff for your trip. We’d much rather take you down the river than send empty boats. Please give us notice so we don’t turn away other paddlers who may be waiting on that spot.

Advanced reservations are often necessary due to limitations such as Forest Service capacity limits, guest-to-guide ratios, and staff scheduling. Advanced reservations help group organizers ensure their trip options.

Selecting Your Adventures

As a trip organizer, it is important to select the appropriate trip for your group’s age range, ability, experience, and fitness level. Participants must accept responsibility for these risks and agree to sign a liability waiver and release prior to participation. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a waiver and release of liability form signed by their parent or legal guardian prior to participation in any activity. Other age restrictions may apply to each activity.

Pricing Policy

All prices are per person except when stated otherwise. Rates listed do not include applicable taxes or fees. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Trip Changes

OAR reserves the right to change the trip time for any adventure activity, river, river section, length of trip, boat size, or number of guests per raft due to adverse or changing conditions or extremely high or low water. We reserve the right to refuse participation of any guest for any activity who, in our judgment, is not physically or mentally capable of participating in the activity for which he or she has registered. Please pay attention to restrictions regarding age and health for all activities.

Inclement Weather

OAR trips generally go out rain or shine. River activities (rafting, tubing, fishing, kayaking, etc.) still run in the case of thunderstorms. OAR reserves the right to cancel or postpone your adventure activity, including but not limited to Tubing, Alpine Tower, Rappelling, Low Ropes, and Rafting, if we feel the weather will hinder safety.

Bringing Pets

We love dogs! Any pet is welcome on OAR’s property, but we do have a few simple rules to follow:

  • To ensure the cleanliness of our facilities and the comfort of our guests, pets are not allowed in our bunkhouses.
  • Dogs are welcome in the campground, but owners are responsible for their pets at all times.
  • Please be respectful and pick up after your pet.
  • We ask those who have energetic dogs to keep them on a leash to ensure they do not disturb fellow campers.

When you book with us, our reservationist will ask for your phone number and email. Information is also collected if you email or call us. Occasionally, information is collected from waivers if there is a need to contact someone post-trip.
