Camping on the Ocoee River

Enjoy a private forested tent campground by the Ocoee River, with riverside views, fishing & bonfires available.

OAR Campground

Our Ocoee River Camping site is located on a 6 acre campground where you can park, set up site, build a fire, and hang out.. literally. Hammock campers have plenty of trees to choose from and the shade helps keep you cool on those hot summer days. If that’s not cool enough, our property borders the Lower Ocoee and has two take outs allowing easy access into and out of the river for those looking to float or take a swim.

Pet Policy

We love dogs! Any pet is welcome on OAR’s property, but we do have a few simple rules to follow.

1. In order to ensure the cleanliness of our facilities and the comfort of our guests, we do not allow pets in our bunkhouses.

2. Dogs are welcome in the campground, but owners are responsible for their dog at all times.

3. Please be respectful and pick up after your pet.

4. We ask those who have energetic dogs to keep them on a leash to ensure they do not disturb fellow campers.

Looking for someone to watch your dog while you go rafting? Ocoee Dog Daycare is the best place for your pup.
